  • Yes. We handle initial setup, account creation, document uploads, and client connections. Plus we build out your company profile to meet pre-qualification requirements.

  • Absolutely. We'll audit your profiles, identify what's missing or expired, and submit everything needed to bring your grades back up. While we'll ensure that everything within our control is fully compliant, it's important to note that we cannot guarantee a green status. External factors such as statistics, WCB premium rates, and other metrics beyond our influence can still impact your grade.

  • We can help update or develop missing policies, safety programs, insurance forms, or statistics to meet platform requirements. If it doesn’t exist yet, we’ll help you create it.

  • Both. If your documentation or practices aren’t aligned with what’s submitted, we’ll work with you to improve the foundation, not just the paperwork.
